How can I contact Carrick?

How will my order be shipped?
You have the option of selecting Standard or Express Delivery for your order. Standard Delivery to a UK address - £6 (delivery within 10 working days)
Express Delivery to a UK address - £15 (delivery within 1-2 working days)

When can I expect to receive my order?
Standard Delivery to a UK address – please allow up to 10 working days.
Express Delivery to a UK address – please allow 1-2 working days.

How do I know that my order has been received?
On receipt of your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. Please keep this e-mail for your records as it will contain your order reference number which you will nee if you find that you have to contact us.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept the following: Switch, Visa Debit, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard.
What if I change my mind?
Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
We will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging. If you need to return an item within the cooling off period please email us sales@carrickltd.co.uk or call +44 (0) 141 248 5114 (Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm), and you will be provided with a return authorisation reference.

Please include a copy of the order confirmation.
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot exchange or refund pierced earrings.
Purchases made via the Carrick website cannot be returned or exchanged through a Carrick stockist.
Can I return an item outwith the normal 7 day cooling off period?
Outwith the cooling off period, it is not Carrick’s policy to accept goods back for credit or exchange unless the product exhibits some form of manufacturing defect.
If goods you receive are faulty or damaged in transit contact us immediately on the day of receipt by telephone or email advising that the goods were damaged on arrival.
Items will be replaced or refunded provided the damage occurs prior to delivery. Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear after delivery to the Buyer cannot be replaced or refunded.
What length of chain is supplied with a pendant?
Our pendants our supplied with an adjustable 16-18” sterling silver chain, allowing you to choose what length you wear your pendant.
What metals are used in the Metallics pieces?
All of our jewellery is manufactured in Sterling Silver. Our Metallics pieces are sterling silver overlaid with 22ct gold plate highlights in yellow or rose gold and black rhodium.
